Courses in the school include: Mathematical formulation of numerical relativity, Introduction to theory and numerics of partial differential equations, Introduction to numerical hydrodynamics, Advanced course in theory and numerics of partial differential equations, Overview of current topics in numerical relativity and Overview of current topics in gravitational-wave astronomy & astrophysics. Invited lecturers include: Thomas Baumgarte (Bowdoin College, USA), Harald Pfeiffer (Canadian Institute for Theoretical Astrophysics, Canada), David Neilsen (Brigham Young University, USA), Sascha Husa (University of Balearic Islands, Spain), Mark Hannam (Cardiff University, UK) and B. S. Sathyaprakash (Cardiff University, UK).

Students and postdocs in Physics, Applied Mathematics and appropriate fields of Engineering can apply. Some background in General Relativity and numerical methods is required.
